Neopets Froze My Account!
I have played Neopets for about 6 years, on my sister's account which she gave me. She has a similar account name to mine, in her email. I haven't done anything wrong! Yesterday, before I sleep (About 4 pm NST), I left Wheel of Monotony open until today (It might have been over 1 AM NST). I saw the browser Open, closed. I reopened it, and Wheel of Monotony just loaded. It said something like "You have played Wheel of Monotony for the past hours". I went to check my inventory if I got anything, and it logged me out! I tried to log on again. After I pressed "enter" when I was done writing my password, it said

This account has been FROZEN for the following reason:
This account was found to be cheating on the flash games.
If you think the above reason was applied to you by mistake, please contact our support staff by clicking here*. Don't forget to include your USERNAME and explain why you think your account should not have been frozen. If you DID break the rules, please do not contact us again. Your account will NOT be unfrozen and you will not get your Neopet or items returned. But, you are welcome to create a new account, as long as you follow the rules.

My elder sister wrote the form. Until we reached when they asked for my Birthdate, I didn't know. My other sister created the account, but probably doesn't know the birthdate, since she just made it 18+, which I'm not.
I knew other things such as Stocks you currently own:

Items equipped on any of your pets:
Pets you created (Not adopted. Give their exact names.) :
But my sister, just said "If you don't know the birthdate, then they won't believe you in ANYTHING.". She clicked "Submit form" before I even told her I know most of the other things. You could only submit a form of the same topic ONCE.
They asked for Email Address, I wrote my sister's email address, which my account is on. Plus, all my accounts are full in MY email. I don't know what to do now, I really hope TNT will infreeze me soon.

i would like to sa the reason ur not getting unbanned is cause ur to nice and they think ur lieing i just sent them a mssge telling them if they dont stop the bs no ones gonna play hopefully that gets through to them

Ok, then how about if you make a side account and you froze it and now you want it back? And the account you currently have isn't frozen adn you have NEVER broken one rule?!?
